It’s been a while … a few years. So much has happened since I last shared, so much good, some bad – I’ve settled into a very peaceful happy place and I can’t wait to share and continue sharing my journey.

Before we fully catch up, I think I owe to everyone that knew and loved us that we lost Buddy last July. It’s been a 14 months and it still makes my heart hurt. Anyone who knew Buddy knows how special he was. He was the perfect dog to every stage of my life he was a part of. He knew when someone was hurting or sick and knew how to comfort them. I was lucky enough to have him for 12 years. He had cancer and I had it removed, but it came back and he started to suffer and I wasn’t going to let that happen. It broke my heart. I still miss him everyday, he was the BEST dog there ever was.
